Refund Policy

As a creative services provider, VR1 Media Inc. takes immense care in delivering bespoke content tailored to client briefs. Given the customized nature of our services, our refund policy is outlined below.


1️⃣ Refund Eligibility

A refund request will be considered if:

  • Services have not commenced

  • Payment was made in error

  • Project cancellation occurs before the initial creative process begins


2️⃣ Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • Project work has already begun as per the agreed timeline

  • Client dissatisfaction arises due to subjective preferences after service delivery in accordance with agreed project scope

  • Delays are due to incomplete information, feedback, or approvals from the client’s end


3️⃣ Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • Email at administrator@vr1.media with your project reference and reason

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days


4️⃣ Service Modifications

If you wish to adjust project deliverables instead of seeking a refund, our team will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes based on feasibility.
